Triad Fastener is one of six
companies within the TMC Group of Companies. Triad
Fastener’s focus is injection molding with a broad range
of service and support capabilities. Two other companies
operate injection molding facilities.
Triad Fastener works closely with
its other divisions in the injection molding industry.
These other companies include an in-house tool room near
our site for new tool construction, repairs, and
engineering changes. The other divisions handle very
large part molding with press sizes to 2200 tons, as
well as products that require a Class A surface.
These locations are within a few
hours of Triad Fastener so we can share our capabilities
and expertise, allowing us to offer a much broader range
of services than the typical molder.
Furthermore, multiple sites with injection molding
capabilities offer a certain degree of safety to those
we serve in the event of a natural disaster. In the
unlikely event that one of our injection molding
facilities is damaged due to a natural disaster, the
other two molding facilities can keep our customers
product flowing with limited disruption to their
production lines. |
