1. The following will be used for installing the Triad Dam Gates®: A. Gate Bottom Gasket; B. Gate Top; C. Spring Clip; D. Installation Tool.
 2. The hole dimension on the pipe should measure 1.25" wide and between 2.625" and 3.325" long.

3. Insert the tool into the back of the gate bottom gasket.
4. Turn the tool over so that the front side of the gate bottom gasket faces up.

5. Insert the gate bottom basket into the hole.
6. Make sure the front side of the gate bottom gasket faces up through the hole.

7. Using the tool to hold the gate bottom gasket, place the gate top onto the gate bottom gasket.
8. Snap the spring clip into place and remove the tool.
