Merrick Machine was founded by Jim Merrick in 1961 to manufacture a line of highly automated and specialized machinery. This very successful company diversified into plastics in 1972, eventually spinning off the plastics manufacturing as Triad Fastener.

Through the addition of new business, state-of-the-art equipment and processes, the investment in talented personnel and constant attention to customer needs, Triad Fastener has become a trusted name in the injection molding industry.

Today we offer a wide range of plastic and plastic-related services as well as several proprietary product lines either available directly from Triad Fastener or through our sister company, Triad Products. Our clean, modern, ISO 9001:2008 registered facility houses 19 injection molding machines ranging from 110 ton to 500 ton clamp capacity, extensive automation, complete in-house mold service and repair, and a well equipped quality lab.

Through close cooperation with our sister divisions we offer injection molding capacity up to 2200 clamp tons, large tonnage two-shot molding, engineering design assistance, prototype capability (both Fused Deposit Modeling and soft tooling), and new tooling design and build capability. We can take your product from concept to market.

Triad Fastener is located in Alda, Nebraska just a few miles off of I-80. This places us in the ideal location to serve customers throughout the midwest.
